JASPER, AB - Members of the Jasper Community Team Society (JCTS) are hereby given notice of the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting.

• Time: 6:30 pm 

• Location: Quorum Room: Jasper Municipal Library and Cultural Centre, 500 Robson Drive Jasper 

The Board of Directors invites current voting members in good standing (those who voted at the last AGM) and community observers to attend. Please RSVP your attendance or regrets to info@thejcts.ca by May 26 at 12:00 p.m. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. 

The purpose of the AGM is to review the Society’s activities, receive reports, and elect directors to the Board. 

A Special Resolution to approve revised and modernized By-laws will be considered at the AGM. Supporting materials and a summary of key changes will be circulated in advance of the meeting. 

There is one seat open for nomination as Director on the Board. If you would like to nominate yourself, please email that confirmation to ed@thejcts.ca by May 25, 2026.
