3 Year Distribution Strategy

Enhancing Organizational and Operational Capacity for Long-Term Impact

Recognizing that resilience is built over time, JCTS is working on enhancing our organizational and operational capacity to continue fundraising, distributing funds, and developing a long-term vision for our role in Jasper's recovery and long-term resilience.

This includes hiring an Executive Director to support sustainable operations, fundraising support, and providing strategic leadership to advance the JCTS’s ability to support the community long-term.

Partnerships

We are deeply grateful to our partners at the Banff Canmore Foundation, whose collaboration has been instrumental in supporting the Jasper Community Team Society during this time of significant change.

In partnership with JCTS, the Banff Canmore Foundation has pledged $500,000 for immediate relief support for individuals and families via Community Outreach Services. $200,000 of these funds has already been distributed to COS.
