The JCTS is a registered non-profit organization with charitable status dedicated to fostering a vibrant, engaging, and resilient community in Jasper, Alberta.
Investing in Jasper’s Recovery, Resilience and Risk Reduction
Each quarter, the Jasper Community Team Society (JCTS) distributes funding to support projects that strengthen our community. These grants help local organizations, schools, municipalities, and churches deliver programs and services that directly benefit Jasper residents.
Impact Recap:
In May 2025 $88,403 was distributed across the community to support initiatives in education, food programs, cultural events, and emergency services.

The Regional Authority of the Greater North Central Francophone Education Region #2 – Revitalization of school living wall and aquarium- $7,500
Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77 – Restore Outdoor Space Initiative at École Jasper Elementary School- $15,000
Jasper United Church - Plants for Interim Housing Residents- $15,000
Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77 – Jasper High School Grad Banquet 2025- $2,403
Friends of Jasper National Park Association – Parks Day Thank You Packet- $8,000
The Regional Authority of the Greater North Central Francophone Education Region #2 – Enhancing Outdoor Schoolyard Facilities - $10,000
Friends of Jasper National Park Association – Program Transportation (Summer)- $7,500
Jasper United Church – Service Support - $3,000
Jasper-Yellowhead Historical Society – Mount Alberta Centennial - $5,000
Crisis Team Jasper Society – Emergency Accommodation - $15,000
In Sept 2025 $68,032 was distributed across the community to support initiatives in education, food programs, cultural events, and emergency services.

Friends of Jasper National Park – Community Fall/Winter Connections – $12,366

Jasper Food Bank – School Breakfast Program – $15,666.15
Funding Available Every Quarter
JCTS has $100,000 available for distribution this quarter.
Eligibility
Funding is available to qualified donees based in Alberta, including:
Schools
Municipalities
Registered charities
Churches
Projects must:
Directly benefit Jasper residents
Align with JCTS grant priorities of recovery, resilience, and risk reduction
Be submitted through the Banff Canmore Foundation grant portal

Join the Grant Advisory Committee
