Applications are open November 6 to December 4. Late applications cannot be accepted as our volunteers need time to coordinate and deliver gifts. One application is allowed per household. 

The program is for Jasper residents with children or youth 18 years of age or younger. Proof of residency may be requested. 

We will do our best to support each family, but specific gifts and all requests cannot be guaranteed. (In the application we included an "other" category. Volunteers will attempt to fill the request, if possible.) Gift delivery is planned for December 14 and 15.

We know asking for support can feel personal. We will treat your information with care and respect. 

By applying, you agree to complete a short questionnaire in late December or early January to help us improve the program.
